Create jQuery Countdown Timer/Script
You have seen the countdown features on sites like RapidShare or Megaupload, where the countdown tells you after how much time you have to wait before downloading. Countdown are also useful to inform your visitors that after how much time, you will be back or something new is coming on your website.
